Description:
The Um Al Daman Retail Center is a compact, pedestrian-friendly hub located next to the residential community. It is designed to meet the daily needs of residents through low-rise buildings, shaded arcades, and open-air walkways that promote comfort and accessibility.
Retail spaces are arranged around landscaped plazas and communal areas to encourage interaction and easy movement. The use of natural materials and clean architectural lines creates harmony with the nearby homes, making the center a convenient and welcoming part of the neighborhood.
