Description:
The Brooks is a residential compound located in New Cairo, Egypt, specifically on Plot No. 1 in the Fifth Settlement area. Its main gate provides direct access to the Ring Road, situated just after the Total gas station. The compound is adjacent to Stone Residence and Le Reve compounds. The strategic location of The Brooks offers residents convenient access to several key areas. The Brooks is in close proximity to major roads such as the Middle Ring Road and is near other prominent New Cairo compounds.
The Brooks is directly bordered by fully operational Le Reve, Stone Park, and Stone Residence, with Palm City Compound and West Golf nearby. It provides direct access from the Ring Road, as well as secondary routes via Hurghada Cairo Road and the Martyr Corridor.
