Description:
Sira District is a low-rise residential enclave on the edge of Benghazi, envisioned as a calm, self- contained community where architecture, landscape, and daily life come together. The masterplan includes villas and mid-rise apartments set within a shaded, walkable environment inspired by regional forms.
Complemented by neighborhood retail, boutique offices, and a landmark hotel, the district is designed to support both quiet living and local activation. Sira offers a new model for suburban life in Libya, rooted in privacy, sustainability, and thoughtful placemaking.
