Description:
Omni is delivering design and tendering management services for Opula Residences, a G+15 residential tower in Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi. Our involvement spans the full design process, from schematic validation through to detailed design, ensuring alignment with the approved concept and client expectations. We lead coordination workshops, manage design
progress, and oversee technical reviews. In parallel, we manage the tendering phase, including cost validation, value engineering, bid evaluation, and contractor selection. This helps the client make informed, balanced decisions across design and procurement.
