Description:
Omni was appointed by a private client to assess the feasibility of launching a real estate development within a master-planned community in Lagos, Nigeria. We conducted a market study to evaluate pricing benchmarks, absorption trends, supply- demand forecasts, and target segment needs.
The engagement also involved defining potential development typologies and product mixes. Our analysis resulted in a strategic recommendation outlining commercial viability, risks, and market entry considerations. This provided the client with a clear investment direction.
