Description:
Omni supported the early-stage planning of a residential townhouse development on Corfton Road. Working closely with the design team, we managed the preparation of initial concept designs that responded to the site context, planning parameters, and market expectations. In parallel, we conducted a
high-level feasibility assessment covering site constraints, development yield, costs, and positioning. This enabled the client to understand the project’s risks and opportunities before advancing to the next phase.
